Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

Being a prepaid customer doesn't mean I should pay for days without service. This is unacceptable customer support and poor service accountability.

Even worse, the service request gets closed automatically without any visit or resolution. Then I have to contact customer care again to create another complaint.

Cutting costs by replacing human support with endless bot loops is terrible customer service. Truth is @JioCare doesn't care.
