    Spent 20 minutes on customer care—15 minutes on hold. I repeatedly asked to speak to a senior, only to be told after the wait that no senior was available. An engineer was confirmed multiple times but never turned up, and no one could explain why. Disappointing service @JioCare

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber in Nerul is down from two days. Already raised service request, spoken to customer care, engineer visit is being moved forward every day again and again. No resolution yet. Pathetic customer service
