    Where is jio 4G network speed? Worst network ever at home and office. Only working in village area. Not worked on city area. If fund rise process is done then please add some network tower also. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio Never choose jio for your mobile..Not trust worthy network..Internet speed always working like 2G.. in 2009-10 i got better 2G speed with airtel than today's Jio network speed.. Totally Useless and boaring network...👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

    Dear @VodafoneIN IDK why V R paying you amount when u guys did not connecting our calls and problem is happing to only @Idea numbers. Complained many times to care and store but still no result. I think porting to @airtelindia or @reliancejio will be grt!!! Wht u say @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Very poor internet speed over past 2 to 3 months, submitted many complaints to customer care still not any improvement it it's not possible for @JioCare do let us know we will switch over to other Network. @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare @DoT_India I have sent ss of speed test from diffrent apps also .....mostly problem occurs from 7 to 10 or 8-10 sometimes at night and i am getting packet loss which is due to unstable speed and low upload speed at that time. And unstable speed is not good for ppaying online games(steam).

    @JioCare JioFiber has been down in my home, Anna Nagar since 15 Aug, 11 AM. Promised restoration times 3:44 PM, 11:44 PM, 16 Aug 11:44 AM & 17 Aug 11:44 AM all failed. It’s now 18 Aug, 7:30 PM: 3+ days without internet. Pathetic service! When will you restore it? I need callback.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I WFH, and these repeated outages and missed appointments are directly affecting my work. Please stop giving me repeated time slots that are not honoured. I need this escalated to a senior service manager and a proper permanent resolution, not another rescheduled appointment.

    It's been 2 days my Airfiber connection is not yet installed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please cancel my order and initiate refund asap. I should've given a chance to @reliancejio for better customer service experience.

    @JioCare No the outage still continues, the internet speed is not of 100 kbps even the WhatsApp text takes 3 4 minutes to send please provide a better resolution or raise my complaint against otherwise it's better to port!
