@reliancejio I recharged JIO Fiber of 999 but amount debited for 1499 and I called immediately to customer care who denied to convert my desired plan 999. As per executive this is not possible to refund Actually this is Cheating Kindly arrange refund.

@reliancejio @JioCare Very pathetic service. I migrated to fiber post paid. Selected autopay but you guys didn't debit the payment automatically. And now I have been charged late payment charges. Called customer care but every time they hung up on me.

@JioCare shane on you guys for constantly harrowing a senior citizen.3 weeks of complaint registered. Already charged for router yet not fixed properly.Daily the date for visit is postponed and yet you guys call to check on quality of service.!!!
