    @reliancejio is looting people in the name of relocation of fiber connection. First they take relocation charges and then do not relocate the connection not refund the money back. This is pathetic. In the name of customer service AI CHAT BOTS ARE COMMENTING.

    @JioCare What a terrible management of jio care. Till issue not solved then also while call with executive then she said if want to cancel connection then give me id proof details. It means jio care don't want to solve issue. What a shameless broadband service.

    @reliancejio Despite repeated complaints, I'm still getting unusable speeds, and customer support keeps sending the same copy-paste responses instead of providing a real solution. Why should customers pay in advance for a service they can't properly use?
