But now I want to resume its services so that I can use it in my JioFi. As login using Jio ID is discontinued in the Jio portal, I need help in resuming services.

They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.
