    @JioCare The entire village network goes. Many times the network does not come on after the power goes off. We have been trusting you and using your network for many days. But you are always disappointing us.

    @reliancejio No replies for customer issues? Glad that I had BSNL as a backup option. BSNL's 3G is at least 10-12 times faster than your 4G+ network. Deplorable Jio4G and JioFiber conditions where customers aren't even replied to for their issues

    @JioCare Am a Jiofibre user and have been facing some issues since last 4/5 days. I have called up your call centre 4 to 5 times. before even addressing the problem, your executive just hang the call up since it is nearly 3 minutes. the executive says 1/2
