I have been contacting customer care they are not providing me and solution and refusing to take request, giving reason that due to technical issue can't process SR.

We had approached jio care 1800 896 9999 on Sunday at 14.52 hrs. and being assured team is working on it, issue will be resolved within 2hrs. But sorry to say problem not resolved.
