    @JioCare The worst possible customer care in the world. Have kept me waiting for a replacement router since 5 pm on 13th with promises of coming to do so three times. Disgusting. Unprofessional. Sheer arrogance. Attitude is where will he go?

    @JioCare such a bad experienece i am facing with jio fiber. they cant even solve such a small problem .and there customer support is pathetic. they put ur phone on hold and disconnect it. I am facing a rare technical problem on jio fiber.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service. Booked and collected money for connection and during time of connection the engineer says you need to wait as we don't have setup box. If it's not available then why are you placing order and collecting money,
