    @JioCare Their calls&internet is too bad it's like we are using someone's free WiFi even shared wifi speed is better than jio and call gets too much fluctuated voice continuously get break. Really pathetic.

    @JioCare Hi, my internet has been off for three days, starting Tues, 22/12. After several phone calls, a modem technician came yesterday (Thurs, 24/12), and told us that there is an issue with the router, and that a separate team would address this issue. 1/3

    @JioCare Pathetic service from jio I have recharged with 199 and its 4 days since i am not able to use any of the sim services and shame that jio representatives too have no clue to solve the problem, if jio is inefficient to quickly escalate the issue then i demand refund
