    @JioCare @reliancejio It's humble request to all Reliance jio team. Kindly make my jio internet speed faster ,I am not getting speed of even 50 kbps.. what the hell is this? Why do I pay you hundreds for a month, to get this **** internet speed? Please resolve asap

    @JioCare Hi team recently I tried to activate esim on my iPhone 13 with iOS 16 but failed. When I rushed to the near Jio Store they informed it would not work with iOS 16. Can you please help me to get a esim.

    @JioCare The worst customer service in the world. From 3rd of May still the same issue. It's the sim network issue I already replaced the sim. But still having same problem. Even BSNL sim works perfectly.

    Paid Rs. 1500 refundable deposit for my #jiofiber connection. On closing the connection, they paid back only Rs. 750. What kind of a scam is this, now ? Their support team won't even properly reply to my emails after multiple follow-ups ! @JioCare

    @reliancejio @exploreIMC worst customer care worst salesman worst jio team salesman are providing false scheme to complete target i showed all evidence and saying we are taking action against salesperson but wont refund funds no free trail provided connection closed in 3days charged me for 10days 352rs

    @JioCare @TRAI wrongly placed order sim port request while doing recharge...but no option show to cancel order . Call back from jio Store and thread me on WhatsApp and voice call. Store name ..jio baraut praygraj 221502.
