    @JioCare @reliancejio It's humble request to all Reliance jio team. Kindly make my jio internet speed faster ,I am not getting speed of even 50 kbps.. what the hell is this? Why do I pay you hundreds for a month, to get this **** internet speed? Please resolve asap

    @JioCare my issue is since installed i didn't get network like it shows green light but network not working, my technician team said that this is the backend network team side issue because they didn't activate my airfiber. Kindly look into this my issue and resolve it my issue

    @pankajkanwar @reliancejio @JioCare Jio is pathetic here in Mohali. My fibre is not working since 16 Apr 26 and they have scheduled engineering visit for 24 Apr 26, every time customer care says visit is scheduled. What about this 7 days gap of no internet ?

    @JioCare Paid ₹3182.46 for JioFiber on 27 Feb. No installation, no service. Only ₹961 refunded, ₹2221.46 still pending. Multiple follow-ups, no resolution. This is unacceptable. Expecting immediate refund.

    @reliancejio I received multiple messages from you that on recharging with 3599 pack I would get @JioHotstar for tv as well as for mobile. But after recharge I am only able to use it on my mobile. your customer executives are not able to solve my issue,

    Worst part? MyJio tracking is broken, I can't reach the engineer, and the visit is pushed to April 21st! Now support says "4-day logic" for compensation? #TRAI norms mandate a rebate for 24h+ outages. I need a resolution today, not a week of excuses.#coimbatore @reliancejio

    Today also request created no one came for the installation abhi yahi new wifi connection houta toh turant 30 min me aata. This is the main reason why most of the people trust Jio more then Airtel. Your customer support is the biggest flaw. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare
