    @JioCare I have s20fe 5g but when i check in your website it show me as 4g device but i have 5g phone which can be used for airtel 5g but jio 5g don't support it is is in my area my pincode is 384265

    What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

    @JioCare Mr Abhishek I wrote several time that I already performed the mentioned steps and I also ran diagnostics from MyJio app multiple time even I am not able to connect customer care when I called them automated message is playing "we are experiencing issue I your area" @ji

    Amazing how @JioCare can send appointment confirmations and “we’re looking into it” messages, but somehow an actual engineer never arrives. 5 days of bad internet and zero accountability. Customer support feels like an endless loop with no exit. Resolve SR0000357VZH.

    @JioCare This doesn’t solve the issue. Every time I tweet, you ask for DM and details, but even after sharing everything, nothing gets fixed. This feels like a scam just to calm customers instead of actually improving the network.

    @reliancejio from last two days when ever i turn on hotspot in mobile and connect to my laptop internet is completely gone, after that i call on your customer care number every time they told me that with in 10 days it will resolve but now how can i do my office work.

    @JioCare I have recharged my jio fiber plan through the link provided in text messages saying i will get 1 month of validity free. But after recharge it is mentioned nowhere. How do i confirm this claim ? Kindly help.
