Rates increased by @reliancejio is not the good move if they increase it after 2-3 months many people port their network .they loose opportunity.

@JioCare Hi Pooja, I've had explained pretty well to your customer care operator that the local installation guy has taken my money and now, he is not picking up. Also, for cancellation and get my money back, i have to wait 21 days? Connect the dots and resolve it.

I placed a prepaid order on jiomart on 19th july 2022. 1 of the items was missing. The delivery agent updated the status as delivered for that item too. Contacted customer care twice. Didn't get my refund yet. Its already been 15 days. Give me the refund ASAP @reliancejio

@JioCare my Internet is down since more than 24 hours and no eng. Visit planned yet. Got sms notification about appointment on 10:00 AM and now it is rescheduled to 06:00 PM. While talked to engg. Came to know they work on new installations only. So service doesn't matter ????
