    @JioCare yesterday jio engineers came to fix my connection. They were in a hurry and left without doing so! When I said I’ve better experience with Airtel, jio engineers said-“Airtel ka service bahut achha hain”. I’m now wondering why I opted for jio!!

    I have got a jiofiber installed at my office with a commitment to provide free I&V service for the 1st & 3rd month and even the installer miss behaved on call as well as the customer care didn't help @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio

    @JioCare here is the reference number –MR0000YKL7WN. This is taken 4 months ago but no improvement why?is this digital india where a what's up message can't send?no improvement happens but the recharge amount increasing day by day why?plz solve this issue as early as possible.

    3 days without internet thanks to @reliancejio we are unable to wfh and there is no resolution after speaking to the team over 10 times in 3 days. Anuj Jain can you please assign your team to get this resolved.
