    Rates increased by @reliancejio is not the good move if they increase it after 2-3 months many people port their network .they loose opportunity.

    @JioCare I sent a message via DM and even shared my exact location, yet no solution has emerged. Furthermore, there is absolutely no network coverage in my room. If this issue isn't resolved now, there is only one remaining option: I will have to port out all 18 of my Jio SIM cards.

    @JioCare Booked a service request with @JioFiber on 4th May. It’s been 15+ days and still no engineer visit. Pathetic customer service and zero response. Very disappointing experience with Jio Fiber. #JioFiber

    Everytime when power cut suddenly jio network is not working till power resumed... Often it as long as 12-24 hours... No internet, no network, no phone calls... It might be better to switch another network @jiocare

    @RIL_Updates @JioCare "It seems like a standard response that I receive every time. Every time there is a network issue, your team gives the same excuse about 'temporary issues in the area.' It feels like a way to avoid addressing the problem seriously. I am tired of being given the same vague response instead of a permanent solution. Please take my complaint seriously and fix this issue once and for all, rather than making excuses."

    @airtelindia network in my hometown is so worse that wp msz is getting stuck. Tried multiple times to contact 198 but couldn't reach customer care, such a pathetic network and worst service. No 5g coming how to do WFH? Resolve this or should I port to @reliancejio 😭😭😭😭

    @JioCare most pathetic and disappointing level of customer care by Jio...internet is down for 3 days now and no one has been assigned to look into the issue. Service request SR00002L2IZCremains unattended.
