    Rates increased by @reliancejio is not the good move if they increase it after 2-3 months many people port their network .they loose opportunity.

    @JioCare Can you for once check within your system whether a technician is there at all and what's the tat in which the installation should be completed. It's day 7 since i completed kyc and payment and still no technician is there at ground to support. Your service is pathetic @JioCare

    @JioCare I told airfiber max is not suitable for my location, your Engineer only said this & still scheduling the installation, please cancel it and process my refund asap. It already took a lot time. @JioCare @reliancejio Do this in high priority.

    @anshuman1tiwari unsupportive cust service, @reliancejio @jiocare wanted to relocate, raised lead call, paid fees, nothing happened called customer care 100 times, nothing happened, stopped using jio airfiber, they took back the device also but still receive bill reminder for payment.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Your team has scheduled the visit for my new non working router, but that service request has been rescheduled 2 times till now. In case, there is no service incharge, then why do you provide service numbers? Just to make people fool?

    I'll take this to the consumer court if it is not resolved asap and take my neighbours with me I've convinced them to cancel the jio fiber service already @reliancejio
