    @Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmba There is absolutely no jio network in our area. People are frustrated. Despite repeated complaints from many users, jio is not responding. Many people tried porting out to get the attention but that too gone fruitless. Please look into it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago yesterday,Recvd msg saying will provide update in few hours and I see no update on neither cancellation neither refund. Support team simply typing msgs saying team is looking into the issue on priority from 11 days now.

    @JioCare Now again the expected resolution time has been pushed to 12-05-2026, 11:42 AM. Almost 2 days without internet and still only excuses and fake timelines. Customers are paying full money for zero service. Completely pathetic and unacceptable. @JioCare #JioFiberDown #jioscam
