    @JioCare Sahil , all the info flooded in DM section since last 2 weeks remains the same including the problem statement and the so called looting attitude. No need to gain sympathy just on asking these useless details, if you want to do something, do work for service upliftment

    @JioCare I am facing issues accessing any websites ,, any means any --- whatever you can think of. It is even tough to deliver message in what's app also.

    @JioCare I have purchased a 2099/- quarterly plan by mistake. I want the 2997/- plan, on calling jiofibercare dey had a hilarious solution-New recharge to be done and the old one will be as it is,means no difference amount to be paid, infact i need to make new recharge altogether

    @JioCare I have recharged with annual recharge, as per the details of the plan Disney Hotstar was part of subscription but whenever I login to Disney-Hotstar I am asked to pay fee... Why r u cheating customers with wrong offers..

    The place where i am staying doesn't have a jio network.Its in Delari,Near Saraipali,Raigarh,Chattisgarh.I am tweeting it via Airtel network.@reliancejio .We need a network in our area.Please fix it soon.
