@arghyabasu5 @reliancejio It the worst i am complaing from last 198 days but no use now the condition is so worst that when the executive from Jio called me her voice was breaking so much same my voice also she disconnected the call and then no call no message so I am not reacharging also this month

@JioCare @reliancejio My service request ID SR00001EYB4Y for my fiber service has been on hold and gets marked as resolved every single day. This is a pathetic service and I would leave your network if I hadn’t stupidly paid for the entire year. Please see if you can solve it.

The airtel network was very bad in outskirts of Chhattisgarh.. While travelling in train we can preferred jio sim over airtel.. Same thing apply in utter pradesh the network was very bad.. @airtelindia @reliancejio

Fortnight ago, I ported my number from prepaid @reliancejio To Postpaid @airtelindia, after using it for one week realized the difference. @airtel has signal problem, dropping of call, untraceable and forcing to install app to see, who were trying to call u where not reachable.

@JioCare Now since I am facing issue, service engineer came and told me that it is not possible to get 600 meter wire fixed as company will not allow them & told me it's better for me to leave the connection. They even raised the cancellation request on behalf of me. #fraudfiber
