    @arghyabasu5 @reliancejio It the worst i am complaing from last 198 days but no use now the condition is so worst that when the executive from Jio called me her voice was breaking so much same my voice also she disconnected the call and then no call no message so I am not reacharging also this month

    Looks like now every telecom service provider (@VodafoneIN & @Idea , @reliancejio, @airtelindia, last but not least bsnl 3G) providing the worst signal strength in my area @TRAI

    @JioCare @DoT_India Thanks 💝 But present I'm not interested to use @reliancejio I'm changing my SIM into @airtelindia 💝 I want good internet If face Same problem in Airtel I change to another Network I want Good Internet without buffering .

    @JioCare My connection at the time of installation and present connection is same but jio team is insisting me to fill up the new relocation form. Really sad to see the services of jio team. Disappointed. Never recommend jio for services

    @JioCare @JioCare I asked for refund total amount if jio not able to resolve issue but he said plan expired on 12.30 pm so we can not refund amount. This is happened due to misinformation provided by installation engineers.

    @JioCare @JioCare On 17th area jio fibre representative ask me to call on Jio care number, but after calling Customer care executive didn't not taken my complaint as my plan expired on 12.30 pm 17th . Also He was not ready to take complaint for misguided by installation engineer.

    Why @ViCustomerCare failing.Give data offers and poor speed.Trick them to pay.@reliancejio give max speed let customer recharge again.Long term results you guess.
