@arghyabasu5 @reliancejio It the worst i am complaing from last 198 days but no use now the condition is so worst that when the executive from Jio called me her voice was breaking so much same my voice also she disconnected the call and then no call no message so I am not reacharging also this month

My aadhar card details probably used by someone to generate a new jio sin. I get updates about data usage etc but it is not my number!! Have informed @JioCare but nothing done for over a week. @AhmedabadPolice kindly advise if I need to register a police complaint? Thanks

@JioCare We have placed a request for setting up Jio Fibre connection on April 4, 2021 but no one has come till now..everytime msg come that it is rescheduled for tomorrow but then nobody comes. This is so careless on your part. Pathetic customer service

@reliancejio d is how jio works trying to reach contact centre half hold call got connected details given to one female. She kept me on hold & than disconnect. That is call release. Again gave call another executive unable to resolve net connect issue. Thanks for yr excellent ser
