@airtelindia worst 4g speed in my phone. @JioCare was too better than @airtelindia . Can't playing videos on YouTube also on Airtel network, but same on jio network it was not good, it was so good.

@arghyabasu5 @reliancejio It the worst i am complaing from last 198 days but no use now the condition is so worst that when the executive from Jio called me her voice was breaking so much same my voice also she disconnected the call and then no call no message so I am not reacharging also this month

I mean jio fiber was known for its service because it only took them 30 mins to install the connection. And jio still isn't resolving the issue. I mean a local cable operator is threatening the telecom leader of india and still the local operator wins ( that's sad ) @JioCare

My mother ported her sim from #VodafoneIdea to @reliancejio. She has paid outstanding bill in dec but her outgoing has been blocked as @JioCare says payment pending. I have visited jio store thrices spoken with customer care but no resolution yet.@ViCustomerCare

@JioCare @TRAI how this kind of reply can be acceptable from Appellate level. After writing paragraphs all you get is a machine generated response. All these links just give customers additional headache. Otherwise, why would a customer write an email. Please suggest how to escalate this?
