@JioCare @DoT_India Thanks 💝 But present I'm not interested to use @reliancejio I'm changing my SIM into @airtelindia 💝 I want good internet If face Same problem in Airtel I change to another Network I want Good Internet without buffering .

@arghyabasu5 @reliancejio It the worst i am complaing from last 198 days but no use now the condition is so worst that when the executive from Jio called me her voice was breaking so much same my voice also she disconnected the call and then no call no message so I am not reacharging also this month

Extremely pathetic service from JIO. I have discarded the number post confirmation that sim has been canceled. Now I got a call that I have to pay 496 & then convert the card into prepaid. When can i get a revert on this? @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio The installation time was requested since last 4 days and they keep on postponing. I am taking leaves to be available at home to ensure installation and last moment they are cancelling on this. Is this good customer care, this is the 4 days post my payment so I am reporting.
