No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. I reported severe network issues back in Oct 2025, shared all details via DM as asked, and it’s now April 2026 — still no resolution. I’ve raised complaints multiple times via calls and here on X. No action, no follow-up, no improvement.
