@JioCare By the time you replied I was done with my work and issue resolved. I had to wait on call to reach out fibersupport. When we make Payment online you should make sure the support available online as well.

@reliancejio I do not know how I stucked with worst poor jio network after MNP from Airtel. Just wasting my money with monthly pack 299. Can’t move further to Airtel before 60days get old. Worst policy by made by Telecom or TRAI @MIB_India
