    One of the worst experiences with service, customer support, and installation by @JioCare. I raised a request for Jio Fiber on April 14, and now it's May 3. Whenever I call customer care, they just say it's "in progress."

    @JioCare New JioAirFiber connection (installed just 1 week ago) is giving very poor performance. Download speed is much lower than promised, network is unstable, frequent packet loss, and overall connection is inconsistent. This is unacceptable for a new installation.

    Jio is not working since morning and we are getting automated messages where the time keeps changing. Called customer care and they do not have an update We need to know what is the actual issue and when it is going to be fixed @JioCare @reliancejio thisis extremely disappointing

    Worst decision ever - switching from Airtel to Jio. Network quality @JioCare is terrible and now I’m stuck for 90 days before I can port again. Huge regret. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m coming back as soon as I can.
