    @JioCare I've raised this complaint countless times—through Jio offices, online support, and even by calling from another operator's SIM. Every time, I'm told, "Your issue will be resolved within 24–48 hours, 100% guaranteed." But nothing ever changes.

    @consumerforum_ @JioCare @reliancejio I am still waiting for the refund as I paid 1200 for JIo fiber relocation but there was no service from Jio at this location. The request was closed on 14th march and refund assurance was provided. Am tired of chasing you guys. Kindly refund.

    @JioCare Yesterday received messages that issue is resolved at Jio end without engineer visit but internet is still not available. As already said no resolution from Jio side. Also DM but no response. No help from appellate helpline @JioCare @reliancejio
