    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare That and several factors made me to finalize the cancellation and transfer to another ISP So please don't schedule any other repair related tickets and don't waste time of your service engineer too Just give us resolution soon and let us have peace

    @JioCare @JioCare Read the tweet properly! This is not a service issue with my number. I am giving feedback on your unfair pricing structure. ₹899 for 90 days vs ₹200 for 30GB on JioFi makes no sense. Kindly route this feedback to your product team for review.

    My jio wifi has not been working since morning and there is no way I can talk to the support team. None of the number gives an option to talk to an executive. This is so helpless and awful, how can wifi not work for the entire day?. @JioCare @jio_fiber @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @_MukeshAmbani @AakashAmbani_ @relianceJio There have been repeated internet outages in South Ext Part 1, A Block. 10 days ago, we faced a 3-day outage, and today it’s down again for 3+ hours. Please look into this urgently and resolve it. Such service is not expected from Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare So let me check-in update you because it took me a moment to check an update for you. So we are currently experiencing the temporary issue with the data service right now, and there is an outage, so actually it's completely in the electronic city.

    Worst service experience @JioCare @jio_fiber .my jio fiber is not working from last 2-3 days , yesterday book appointment and got scheduled visit on yesterday evening 6pm , but no one came , today i spoke to jio care customer care , they said they will take my request on 1/2
