    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare why can't I speak to a person from customer care who can actually understand my query and resolve it, instead I always get an automated voice. I tried every available customer care number, no resolution. Please help.

    @JioCare When ? Just a simple question! Fed up with these continuous follow ups. When are you going to resolve my issue ? Either come and pickup your devices and refund my deposit and recharge amount or fix this by EOD. Now it’s up to you.

    @JioCare Thank you for the update. However, I have been receiving the same response for more than 4 days. Kindly provide a confirmed engineer visit time instead of a generic update. My internet is still not working, and this delay is unacceptable.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber down almost every 3 days. 15+ days no internet in last 4 months but full bill charged every time. If service is unreliable, at least extend plan days for the downtime. Why should customers suffer? #JioFiber

    @JioCare Hi JioCare, I made a ₹199 recharge through the MyJio app. The payment was successful via BHIM UPI, but the recharge was not activated. Please help me resolve this issue. I can share the transaction ID via DM.

    It's highly fraud of @JioCare @reliancejio of your fibre jaipur team that fakes the complaint appointment and keep that rescheduling without resolving it for days. It's this really a jio owned service or a road side fraud service agency?? Would you escalate this SR00002N2S64.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, Please stop calling a 1.5-year-old issue "temporary." I've had enough of the same copy-paste replies. Either fix the network immediately or be prepared to answer before the appropriate consumer authorities. I won't accept another template response.

    @JioCare Stop this crap, no rescheduling option appears nor there’s any kind of update for engineers visit. I somehow managed to call one of the past engineers directly and pleaded them to fix the issue. One more time the issue occurs and I shall throw away your connection.
