    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team, barely none of your representatives reach me till date. I belive reliance not intend to get new customers from other service providers. I could sense the customer support quality is pathetic before connectivity and imagining the support post connectivity.

    Hi @reliancejio i already raised a complaint 6 months back related to coverage issue. Now i contacted and same response to contact after 6months . Is 6months enough to solve a issue. A customer has to wait 6months to solve a network issue. Pin 641107

    @JioCare I just bought a new Jio Prepaid Sim from the store. I was asked to pay ₹99 for Prime Membership and ₹209 for 1st Recharge. I received a bill for ₹209 only and not for the ₹99. Can you help me get the bill for Prime Membership ₹99 ?

    @JioCare Your engineer visited and rectified the issue but after 2 hours again red light started blinking.. I am totally dissatisfied.. would like to cancel the connection and not any more to do anything.. Total waste of time

    @reliancejio paid money to get new jio broadband connection but had to cancel installation because jio do not have proper infrastructure to provide new connection. Request raised on 23april for cancelation and yet there’s no update on refund SR000014PT65..disappointed 😑

    @JioCare My name is Sainath Goud My number: 8074122726 1st SR: SR000014V2Y5 closed without contacting cs saying permission issue. 2nd SR: SR000014VBOZ If it can't be resolved today.. just refund my monthly fee by deducting the amount for 7 days. I will go with local service better than u
