@JioCare Also for the call issues raised a ticket yesterday and got a response as 'We have checked the network strength in your area and have found it to be optimal' If it was was optimal I would have not raised the concern at first place. Worst response.

@JioCare your sales reps for fiber are the worst. They keep making false promises knowing well that they can’t keep it to book a sales. In less than a week they have booked me twice for connection and when I try to contact them for follow up they don’t pickup. 😡

@JioCare @reliancejio all we get to hear in each call is ‘WE UNDERSTAND’ and ‘SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE’ We aren’t given a proper response or solution to the problem. All executives are just using these two phrases. Extremely disappointed that Jio is working this way.
