    @JioCare I have disconnected my connection & shifted to airtel. Already made a request for refund & deposit of router.Dont send enginer for rewiring.Your service is pathetic. You have zero sla. @Airtel_Presence your service is quite fast.Few hours and i got my connection.thank u

    @reliancejio network down?Fix Poor Network Signal Issue Mobile internet not working we Contact customer care to solve this issue and report a complaints with hundreds of users they don't even take a step to fix the issue.

    @JioCare what an worst service right now you are providing at #SrinagarInternationalAirport, lot of network snags and also very weak network connectivity while calling unable to hear other persons voice and very worst internet speed. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE. @reliancejio.

    Anyone else facing #jio 4G speed issues .. bizarre streaming speed ..speed comes down in KB/s when something is streamed..very very disgusting customer care redressal ..they simply say "OUR NETWORK TEAM IS WILL WORK ON IT " ..contacted CCe's for a month now, no solution @JioCare

    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working for 6 days now in Sheikh Hamza colony lal bazar Srinagar.i already complaint about it but still nothing has been done.which tells about the poor service of jio network..even though I was assured that it will be done by 10am on 25th February

    @JioCare Dear @reliancejio I complaint about my network problem before 6m ago, 2m ago & again yesterday. The same thing i hear all the time we're working on. for online classes i have to go to near road to get Internet speed, where Airtel network is super fast but why ?

    Either refund the Recharge amount or get the issue resolved. Three days passed since I raised the complaint. You are indirectly forcing us to choose other platforms @JioCare You don't Care

    @JioCare your customer care services are as pathetic as your network.Myjio app is throwing error while downloading postpaid bill and your CC Rep had put call on hold and then disconnected,the other one suggested to reinstall the app 🙆 Pl educate 'em and send the invoices by mail

    @JioCare Please help with SonyLiv subscription included with my JioFiber plan. The SonyLiv app says subscription not active, but it shows subscription active till 25-Feb on MyJio app. Same issue with JioSaavn subscription @JioSaavnCare

    1st complaint raised on 11 Dec. Took 4 more before @reliancejio replaced the device, which was faulty. 6th one open for another replacement. Waiting since 25-Jan.

    @Airtel_Presence Still working on the issue ? No post till now by DM for the so called "Progress" or anyone working there for resolving. It's been a month already please ask your team to wake up. Will consider switching to @JioCare if its not solved aptly.

    @reliancejio One of the worst customer services company EVER! Let's figure out a nickname for that! Taking money for Pre-paid services and then randomly deactivating service without giving refunds... new revenue stream! so creative!!!
