    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    Ordered a Jio SIM on July 5th & paid ₹299 (Order: NO00015H4XEZ). No delivery yet! @JioCare agents lied multiple times about delivery times, and a supervisor refused to cancel/refund because "no agent is assigned". Stop the false promises and refund my money ASAP! @reliancejio

    @JioCare Complete network blackout at PINCODE 401209. Zero reception for calls or messages. While your billing and recharge demands are always flawlessly punctual, your actual service delivery is utterly deficient. Resolve this severe outage immediately. Frm last 3days same issue

    @JioCare No complaint number. No technician. No update. Completely unacceptable service from a company that claims to provide premium broadband. If this is how customers are treated, people should think twice before choosing JioFiber.

    @JioCare I want to register a complaint against a Jio retailer My JioairFiber was never installed the booking was cancelled, and the refund was processed to the retailer's account instead of me. I also received a Jio Gift Voucher redemption OTP despite having no active connection
