@airtelindia @reliancejio please i requested to all my friends as well as my relatives stop using jio network service. Because they are not solving customer problem. I hate jio Helping center because they repeat same lines on every call. They are not telling the resolution date.

@JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Your Jio Fibre team is a mess, I had an installation appointment on 7th, nobody turned up, rescheduled it for 8th than for 9th and than for today in the afternoon slot, and no one came. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad Service.

I think @jio has also lockdown their tower. Very slow Jio network. How can people work from home in this net speed. @JioCare should look into this. At the time of 4G ..@JioCare is giving 2G. If situation will not improve..will move to @Airtel_Presence .

@PranavHegdeHere @reliancejio @JioCare Get the local cable guy to supply using his fibre optic. This is the very reason I didn’t port to Jio. Local guys better. Check who’s the local service provider. I have someone I never heard of .... but very low downtime.
