@JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Your Jio Fibre team is a mess, I had an installation appointment on 7th, nobody turned up, rescheduled it for 8th than for 9th and than for today in the afternoon slot, and no one came. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad Service.

@JioCare first of all i am using poco F1 my brother is using mi note 5 Pro and if my handset has some kind of issue then what about my brother as he is also facing the same problem....or send us a new pair of iphone 11 pro i am sending you the address .

I think @jio has also lockdown their tower. Very slow Jio network. How can people work from home in this net speed. @JioCare should look into this. At the time of 4G ..@JioCare is giving 2G. If situation will not improve..will move to @Airtel_Presence .

The previous SR was @JioCare Hi team, let me know the update on SR000018N05R. Previously also SR000018LXAW was raised , it got resolved automatically and issue was not resolved either. Kindly confirm ETA for engineer visit as net is not working since 3 days. @reliancejio
