    Attention @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup . In outskirts of shimla, at Ghanahatti (kufridhar), As electricity goes off, jio network vanishes. Many customers have dropped from jio for the same reason here. Kindly check. Complaints filed many times already.

    @Asliambani @JioCare @reliancejio what a third class service you are giving. The moment we start meeting the signal goes off. So you think our Money is free for you guys? For recharge ur automatic msg begins 3 days in advance but signal is absolutely 3rd class. Shame on you guys.

    @DBShashank @airtelindia @reliancejio I was a happy customer of @airtelindia but the product has degraded substantially in last one year. Substandard data speed, frequent call drops. Front desk Employees in #Shimla don't have answers. Time to migrate some of my numbers for apple to apple comparison.

    @JioCare So i am again facing Internet outage which is third time in a week. The 1st one lasted 36 hours, 2nd for 12 hours and looking at the reputation JIO fibre has made for itself I don’t expect this to last less than 12 hours. For Change this time no SMS update as well.

    @reliancejio @JioCare we get very slow Jio network than other network in this place, if no of users here so you have to need upgrade your frequency here because we pay same cost but we use less If this happen for long time then we port from JIO TO AIRTEL
