@JioCare @reliancejio Dear Helpdesk, it's been observed monthly average 50 hours downtime to my wifi service and at the time of bill payment you guys don't wait for single mint I want my services to be extended to many hours the jio service is suspended due to issues.

I ported from bsnl to jio. Got my new sim activated via tele-verification. However the old sim is still active and I'm able to make calls using it!! How to deal with this problem? @JioCare

Hey @JioCare , There is a jio tower at a distance of 1 km and still I am getting ****** network. Population of the locality is around 3000 so you can't blame overuse of internet. You are just providing poor internet connection. Accept it & kindly fix this issue asap.@reliancejio

@reliancejio is there any connectivity limitation in #jiofiber to connect to some Govt of India portals and some banks? We are finding it difficult. Same problem was with Jio link. But it’s okay with jiomobile. Pls chk.
