    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir will you please discontinue the #COVID alert caller tune from all telecom services? During emergency,it gives headache and repeatedly listening this cause additional frustration. Everyone now know about COVID so please look into it. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare I tried calling the Jio complaint helpline number the executive name was navroz she said she is transferring my call to post paid department and then she cut the call and this is done purposely @JioCare kindly check ur customer support executives as what salary they r getting 4

    @ShikharTrades @JioCare You should be happy that they at least installed device at ur place. Most of the time, they just take money, earn interest on it, & return it after 2 months when customer gets frustrated. This is what Jio AirFiber has been doing for a long time, and @jagograhakjago is sleeping.

    @JioCare Enough copy-paste replies. I donโ€™t need another DM loop. My internet fails every evening, live videos stop, customer care auto-cuts calls and sends the same โ€œTemporary Network Congestionโ€ SMS. Send a network engineer to my location and fix it, or clearly say you canโ€™t.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Trying to get Jio Fiber installed for the past 5 days, but the team has been completely unresponsive. No one has called or visited the site yet. Reference ID: 201764167. If the sales support is this poor, imagine the after-sales service experience.

    @JioCare This is the most pathetic customer care support I have ever seen. I have been complaining about the internet service since 6 months now and everytime they reset/ refresh it and schedule technician visits who never arrives
