    @JioCare hopeless service since last 3 days extremely poor network, have to put phone on airplane mode to get proper network. Raised a complaint on the app but still no response!!! Are you sooo hungry and busy robbing our money with your thirdclass level of service???

    @jio_fiber @JioCare My email ID has been wrongly linked to a third-party JioFiber account, and I'm receiving their account emails. This is a privacy issue. Please remove my email ID immediately, or I'll escalate this by filing an official complaint.

    Shame on you @airtelindia and @reliancejio , from last 48+ hourrs gokul township virar west is not getting simcard signal, we are not getting single message about when this issue get resolve. Worst and poor service by such big players

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Today I called your Ratnagiri representative Mr. Kiran Patil for an update on my #JioAirFiber request, but my call was declined. If your official representative doesn't answer customer calls, how are customers supposed to get updates?

    @JioCare The engineer closed the ticket without any confirmation. The internet is still not working. It has been 3 days now. Also I cannot connect with a person and it is always bot chat. Can i connect through a call with a real person
