    @JioCare @TraiIndia Is there no procedure setup for customers help? We don’t response days and weeks from the customer care and then ones connected they take more than 24 hours to resolve internet problem we loose our salaries due to their delays

    It's been a 3 days now. My Jio fiber connection is shut down and after raising a complaint customer care service is helpless. Also no engineer visited at my house. Pathetic service Jio. Also i wasted my 3 days data now. Jio is just wasting time and money of mine. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have DMed you the Jio Number. The exact issue is that your service is pathetic. Can't even connect the calls. Internet is slower than a snail. You charge your customer for this shity service every month?

    @JioCare what is wrong with jio services. My jio fiber has been down since a full day and no help from either customer care or any service technician has been received. My jio app doesn't connect half the time. My service request SR000018EZ93.

    @JioCare Booked jio fiber connection on 7th Jan but after 11 days installation has not been done. I call everyday to jio fiber service providers of my area Shastri Nagar, Kanpur,UP pincode 208005 but they only making fool everyday by saying we are coming within one hour. Pathetic
