    Hi @reliancejio, i had requested for a new connection to Jio fibre + TV and raised a clarification to the connection request. There is no response since 2 days. Now, i would like to request to cancel the connection request fully since there is no response from your team.

    @JioCare got an sms now regd outage in area/ wonder why jio will not adjust prepaid amt if service is disrupted,could not find terms of SLA why amt not adjusted
