    @JioCare @reliancejio i rechargedu number 8178283404 for rs. 222/-.on non jio phone sim. And this plan is not working. I wasted full day contacting jio in every possible way. Finally i got reply that i have recharged my number for a jiophone plan. And they wont do anything.

    @reliancejio huge disappointed with jiofiber on recent engineer visit.. and if I try to call customer care also it was disconnected.. pls ask someone to visit my home or else remove my device I'll switch with some other network 9618500119

    Whenever i call to jio's customer care number everytime they told me that network coverage is low in your area and we are working to improve it and this is happening from last 1 or 2 years. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio my complaint number SR0000186Y7Y not resolved even after more than 30 hours. The resolution time has also passed but the internet is still not working. Highly disappointed with your service and callous attitude without any answerability at your end.

    @JioCare Hi jio team, While I taken the jio fiber connection the customer agent told me its a prepaid connection. Now after used 3 months when I received bill for unused data your customer support executive told me it's a postpaid plan. Why you guys cheated like customers???

    It seems we r in dat grp of customers who @airtelindia dsnt want to retain aftr all we just hv bn subscribing to 2 DTH, 4 Postpaid & 1 Broadband connection for quite a few yrs now. No one cares abt all d calls & followups for a basic service like broadband shifting. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Both sim cards are Jio numbers & no service at my place. Your customer care executive said on call, it will take 120 days time to restore the connection. Is it a joke ?

    @JioCare @bakloolyang dont ask for numbers and DMs... alot of people are having issues... if you have a team that manages your social media, then have a team that is up to date with what's happening on the internet and what service is down.. on 3rd party website your service seems to be having issues
