    @JioCare Please disconnect jio connections if you have. Surrender it and try another provider. Their customer care is ****. I am trying since last 3 days including their appellate authority, they are totally dumb. No response. I bet you, try, you will see. Leave JIO

    Dear @JioCare, this is how you treat loyal customers? I raised multiple relocation requests for my JioFiber connection, but every time it was cancelled without resolution. Now I’m being asked to pay for a service I couldn’t even use. I’ve shared my address, 1/2

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Despite sharing all required details & repeatedly requesting disconnection of my JioFiber connection,it is still active and a new bill has been generated. This is harassment of customers.Disconnect my connection immediately and cancel the wrongful bill.

    @JioCare But I want a refund. Because I already booked Airtel fiber and airtel's wifi expert reached within 3 hour and my wifi connection is almost done @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So please provide me my refund. Your fiber service and your engineer is very bad and not any response

    @JioCare @JioCare 8 days and still no action. No engineer visited. During every power cut, network and internet stop for hours in Kabraghat, Ward 7, Darbhanga. Please provide a resolution timeline instead of repeated assurances.
