    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. I faced a "No Internet Connection" issue, and despite raising complaints multiple times, it took 10–15 days for a technician to visit. Instead of fixing the issue, I was advised to apply for a new connection.

    @JioCare Your service is extremely awful. I had raised a relocation request for 3rd June. No one has visited to fix the connection and today is 5th June. There is no proper support and the app is completely useless. Either fix my connection or disconnect it.

    @JioCare If someone doesn’t pay on time, your don’t understand so why should a customer do the same. I request to discontinue my connection and refund me the security deposit. Take your setup box etc, they are useless.

    Hi @JioCare, someone made wrong recharge to my mother number and calling several times to her to give back his money. Request you to please reverse this recharge from my mother number to his number. Details shared in DM. U will shortly receive a complaint from that guy.

    @reliancejio is worst network quality. No speed. I can't even open a normal website. This is pathetic. Gemini subscription can't save you jio if your service will be like this.

    @RIL_Updates @RIL_Updates I hope you also look at the working of customer care services. @JioCare not able to resolve my request in 7 months. Dont try to put relocation customer as new customer - usurping their advance and adding new customer. This is bad for business
