    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber is not working properly for the last 1 month. Frequent disconnections and very slow speed. Multiple complaints already raised but no resolution yet. This is very disappointing. Please escalate and resolve urgently.

    @JioCare Funny how every “resolution timeline” you give just expires without any actual resolution. Since 11th April, it’s the same story-empty promises and zero accountability. If you can’t fix the issue within your own deadlines, what exactly is the point of raising a service request?

    Can I have a response @JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar I’ve been messaging for a more than week. Calling customer support. The sim is delivered 1 week back still the porting is not completed & now you ask me to place a request for new SIM? Why pay again can I have an explanation

    @JioCare Despite multiple complaints, no permanent resolution has been provided. I request: • Immediate permanent fix • Activation of landline • Compensation/bill adjustment for downtime If not resolved within 3 days, I will escalate this matter to TRAI and Consumer Court.

    Pathetic customer service by Jio. Even the direct LAN connection is not working. I called customer service yesterday, only to be told by the customer care representative to restart the WiFi router, which was a completely senseless solution. @reliancejio @reliancejio @TRAI (2)
