    @JioCare Me too! They cancelled my order NO0001D0EP1G on 27 April and no refund till date. Worst part is the customer support! An 'idhar dabao, udhar dabao' number and a chatbot replying on mail and SM.

    @JioCare i mean seriously, booked a jio home connection and paid for it and now your jio agent not receiving my call with delaying the installation. Im in a such a crucial moment, is it the standards of service U provide.
