@JioCare Only our Area jio network failed and more than 500 jio user affected due to this, kindly start mobile tower equipment to start network. This is regular practice of network failure in our area. Kindly search permanent solution for same.

"press 1 to bring jio fiber at your home" and no other option is available. And I also tried calling customer care and they have one answer that is call on 18008969999 for jio fiber and no one is telling me about refund policy. I want my money back. @reliancejio @JioCare
