    @JioCare Since We are paying for 28 days why Team Jio's auto generated voice message hearing again and again... Such nasty experience with Jio. I know my recharge day... Pls stop this non sense or else I'll port to some other service. My Jio no. 8369338628

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    @JioCare i have complained 2 times so far that I cannot make or receive calls sometimes, i am not able to call any emergency numbers like 100. So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 5 days since registering entity on trueconnect and making a payment. Received invoice and email saying registered but we cannot move forward. Multiple complaint raised on email. Extremely frustrated! Urgent support needed

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

    @airtelindia I am going 2 port my sim to @JioCare if my network issue is not resolved in 48 hours. This is the last airtel sim in a family of 20. @JioCare please confirm if my pack can be carried forward if i port my sim to Jio.

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    @bsnl_care This is not the first time. Most of the time and when on roaming it shows not registered on network! Thus loose important calls and even can't use any Apps with BSNL mobile data. I am just keeping bsnl coz it's cheaper than others and don't use this most of the time @JioCare

    @JioCare But the reality is: ❌ No engineer has visited. ❌ No work is happening on the ground. ❌ No resolution, no compensation, only repeated copy-paste replies. Is this your definition of customer support? Customers pay for uninterrupted service, not endless automated messages.

    airtel and jio should offer an opt-in “sim lock”: once enabled, no duplicate sim gets issued on my number without digilocker verification. physical ids not accepted, period. forged aadhaar photocopies are how sim swap fraud starts. the govt’s current fix? a warning sms. @airtelindia @reliancejio @DoT_India *opt-in only since we live in India*

    Its been 5 days rains have stopd, wifi service dwn, no one to report to. Called Engineers but they discnnct call. There r 15 families in my building with @airtelindia wifi. All of us planng to disconnct the service and try may b @JioCare. Its unbearble to c such a pathetic servce

    @JioCare Ordered a new physical SIM on 2/7. After 7 days & multiple follow-ups, no SIM, no resolution. Money is debited instantly, but there’s no cancel/refund option; you must wait 30 days. Why the forced interest-free use of customers’ money? @DoT_India @jaagograhakjago #Jio
