    @JioCare @reliancejio I have Jio fiber & requested for a set top box on 24 Dec. Finally on 31 Dec recd sms installation would be done on 01 Jan. Since then following up daily on customer care getting same msg its rescheduled for tomorrow but no one turns up or calls. Pathetic

    Complaint @fiberJIO @reliancejio @JioCare very poor support after Jiofiber installation. Landline haven’t been installed till date. I am keep on calling your employees but no response. You just want quantity but no quality support. Please make it asap 9713108070

    @reliancejio @JioCare really disappointed by the service. Your customer care guys don’t know Hindi. We are Indians. And if your customer care guys are ashamed of National Language then we need to leave this relationship. Your guys are behaving like the Vodafone guys. 🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴

    @JioCare I am getting a speed of 0.0 to 312kb... 312kb is highest speed notice in these days... I am facing this problem more than 1.5 years... Complaint on jio chat many times but I am still not resolved the problem... I am prime customer of Jio since launch of service.

    @JioCare your international service did not work in Sri Lanka..I paid 2875 rs for a week plan ..but kept struggling...the service worked for 4 hours in my complete stay for a week..this is not good ..

    @JioCare. SR00000ZSIOX has been closed without service and my awareness..this is how your bottom executives are working...still facing slow speed and coverage issue with single band router..please replace it with dual band..expecting a quick support on this.
