    @JioCare @JioCare Day 11 and my #JioFiber is still down. Your engineer fixed it, but the connection failed again within an hour. Since 20 July, I’ve only received excuses and delays. Restore my service immediately and provide a refund/validity extension for the entire downtime.

    @JioCare My internet has been down since 27th July,and despite multiple complaints, there's still no resolution. This is completely unacceptable. Days without service and no accountability from your team. Customers deserve better than endless delays and false assurances. #JioFi

    Dear @JioCare, The network in our village has been very poor for a long time. Both calling and internet are unreliable, affecting the entire village. We pay for expensive recharges but don't get the service we deserve. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. 🙏🙏
