@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

@reliancejio @JioCare I installed a jio fiber in Anand Sagar in khopat thane and I recently had to shift due to some reason idk why your executive isn't even answering my phone and when I connected with the customer care executive. They were iffy with the timings.
