@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio Too many call drops & call not getting connected after launch of 5G. Kindly look into the matter or else shift to 4G network. Very poor call quality.

Jio fiber has scheduled router pickup and uninstallation process on 29.01.2023 within 6:30PM.but they didn't come within the time limit so I called the customer care and i was told that jio fiber has hold the process again without any reason.@JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago
