    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @reliancejio Please don’t launch 5g to choke up our 4g service Airtel user in front of me was receiving call, i was unable to do so even that much.. dont loose your gold in search of diamond.. please resume to normal usuage of data and calling

    @reliancejio @JioCare In Navtolia, Gharari, Mirganj, Purnia, Bihar, Jio's calling and internet is very poor and slow for 2 consecutive years. Which is a permanent problem of 500 Jio users. It is requested to fix it as soon as possible.Thanks

    @reliancejio Sir we are being trouble from last two three days regarding installation of our jiofiber we have done the recharge and none of the people are attending are phone call now hoping to be favourable and waiting for your response as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Today I found jiofiber is blinking red i.e out of service. So service requested but earliest available date is tomorrow, 2.1.2023. This means a whole day I have to wait. Why jio service is so bad?
