@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

@JioCare Nobody came today as well to fix it .Already 10 days has gone without internet. Not only the engineer are corrupt but jio fibre customer service is pathetic .its been so many days I 've been complaining without any help.

@JioCare I want to get back my refund. In each update it has been told that I can get back my refund after 14 working days. My question is when this 14 working days will end. How ridiculous it is..14 working days become infinite. One and only word I have to say..they cheat the customer.

@JioCare I called so many times, 1800-88-99333 customer support talk to me. I request him pl transfer the call to senior supervisor, senior supervisor my call hold 5-10 m after then disconnect the call. I need intervention why?
