@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

Extremely bad experience with @reliancejio - jio mart to be precise. I ordered some vegetables which were to be delivered on 12th Oct and the delivery agent has updated the status as delivered without actually delivering it.

@reliancejio money suckìng telecom service. My postpaid data pack over and all i wanted is a topup. But here I am already spent 2 full hours in 3 days trying to get this done. Spoken to 3 representative and a roundhouse of ivr services/whatsapp chat/jio chat. Nothing works.

@JioCare Thank you for your prompt response. Why it is that just 2 buildings away from here is having a service and not us. I would be really grateful if you can work beyond and consider me to be a part of your jio fiber family. We stay in a very prime location still no fiber till us.
