    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @amitbhawani It completely depends on your location. If the signal strength is less in your area, they won't fix at all. They just give false deadlines. I won't get even single bar of @reliancejio signal in my office ( from last 4 years 🤦)

    @reliancejio @JioCare waiting since 6 months still jio fibre is unreachable to our area.please expand your network.even mobile network also not working properly. Now India is going for 5g but still network coverage is not upto mark.

    @JioCare worst ever fibre service. Not just that but 80% calling assistants are copy cats. They have no knowledge other than the scripts they read to provide a solution. Worst ever... #jio #thumbsdown
