    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare Sorry none of these work and need a technician visit to my place ASAP. Speed has dropped to 56Mbps and repeated approaches to CC over chat, email and various other sources is getting on my nerve. It has been 2 days already I am facing this issue.

    @JioCare So bots 🤖 don’t reply..? Hey @JioCare stop making fun of customer. Your on call 📞 customer service is complete bogus. Just they make false assurances. Whatever they committing not able to do within those time. I was forced to tweet about the problem and fraud of service

    My Order Number CO0000OYAC0M my order have been scheduled on 6th Sept’22 from (15:00-15:15) but i have not yet received any calls or messages till now from Jio Fibre team.. and i also can’t contact Jio Customer Care.. Very Much Disappointed. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It’s better to opt for local internet service provider or of AirtelBlack. At least they respond on the first complaint and call. Here with @reliancejio we have to play Twitter tweet games, then only these people wakes up to listen to our problems.
