    @JioCare How much more time do you need? My complaint has been pending since 09.07.2026.Your support team keeps rescheduling visits due to lack of staff and resources. But if I delay my bill payment, Jio suspends my service immediately.Whyisthereonerule for customersand another for Jio?

    @reliancejio @JioCar We are facing a temporary service interruption in your area since 10-07-2026 04:56 PM, due to which services for your JioFiber Connection with JioFixedVoice Number 4435692456 may be affected. We expect this to get resolved by 10-07-2026 08:56 PM.Not resolved

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioHotstar The customer care service is the only WORST ever I have encountered upon. Only voice interactive system! There’s no way to raise a service complaint in that system! Also, no human available to answer the queries.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Given the way you treat your customers, it feels like running a shady business would be more profitable for you than providing genuine customer service. Your lack of accountability and professionalism is beyond disappointing.

    @JioCare I have put in my service request to get the JioFiber connection installed at my place with number 9716060564 but it isn't installed yet and no one even visited. Kindly check and get my connection installed on priority basis.

    Worst customer service experience with @JioCare. False technician appointment, zero communication, and now asking me to wait 3–4 days because they don’t have enough technicians. My work is affected due to Jio’s negligence. Resolve this immediately! SR00002MHUR2 #JioFiber

    @reliancejio my WiFi network is down since last 2 days. I have raised the complaint. The engineer service is rescheduled. The network is not yet restored.Very pathetic service. @TRAI
