@JioCare I ported my number from Airtel to Jio which was not used for some reason for some reason but now I have put my sim in the phone then it is getting network but calls are not coming or going Neither is it possible to recharge. plz jio help me my number is 9997686434

@JioCare But I'm disconnecting because you didn't fix my issue for 6 days. Why I'll pay for remaining months when I can't use your service?? I have all chat logs, emails with me. You can check, the issue I raised on 30th may is still in open state.

@JioCare Even after repeated complaints no engineer visited. When called to customer care they said today 6pm appointment fixed, it's already 8pm no one came. Pathetic response from Jio.
