I ported my number from Airtel to Jio which was not used for some reason for some reason but now I have put my sim in the phone then it is getting network but calls are not coming or going Neither is it possible to recharge. plz jio help me my number is 9997686434 @JioCare

@JioCare Sir, Jio Fiber is getting disconnected almost everyday in school and office timings. Very frustrating. Engineer calls after the internet is restored and says it is working fine. Need a permanent solution. Other resudents in our society having same issue.

@reliancejio i switched my broadband fine m airtel to jio, but my decision was wrong. Your services are very poor, i logged my complain yesterday as broadband is noy working and your cuatomer care told that technician will come tomorrow morning till 10 am. But stil are waiting

Dear Jio. Before the validity completion, you people ****** customers for advance recharge. When customer do recharge their account, you people agin do **** them by not providing actual what they have paid for, which is better service. @jagograhakjago @JioCare Pin- 845438.
