    @reliancejio very very poor service thrice requested for Engineer ,provided faulty HDMI CABLE last 10 days no one has visited or took the matter in priority for Jiofiber.SR00001AKTVR Service ID 300584987823, pathetic service very very disappointed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I am an unfortunate customer, for whom after taking fiber connection after 5 days it stopped working. Complain no.SRC00001APJCM. also engineer mis behaved as I called him up (Mr. Samir) he kept on rescheduling.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I applied for bonanza offer and paid the required amount on the app. Now jio installation guys were demanding 3999/- Rs from me and denied installation without the money. Your customer care person told me not to pay, plz help
