I ported my number from Airtel to Jio which was not used for some reason for some reason but now I have put my sim in the phone then it is getting network but calls are not coming or going Neither is it possible to recharge. plz jio help me my number is 9997686434 @JioCare

@JioCare I am a citizen of J&K and I am using jio from past 1 year but from 4 months the network bar is stuck at 2, due to which I have to switch airplane mode on & off 50+ times a day. I tried customer care but they are not giving satisfying answer

@airtelindia your engineers called me and informed me that they are busy so they will take atleat 4-5 hrs to resolve my problem. Seriously I paying for this? Heir more engineers if u have less, but please dont test our patience. Time to port to @reliancejio @DoT_India
