    @JioCare I ported my number from Airtel to Jio which was not used for some reason for some reason but now I have put my sim in the phone then it is getting network but calls are not coming or going Neither is it possible to recharge. plz jio help me my number is 9997686434

    "Highly frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio. Even with an active 5G plan in a strong 5G area, my network forces back to 4G the moment heavy data usage starts. This feels like a scam. Fix this network throttling ASAP!

    Day 6 - @JioCare , still no support from these guys, no technician available to fix the issue. And the customer care people are just parrots repeating the same thing without making sense and able to solve the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Thank you for the response. However, similar assurances have been shared repeatedly without any actual resolution or timeline. Requesting a specific status update and expected closure date, as the issue has been pending since 29 March 2026. #JioFiber #RefundDelay

    @JioCare Engineer did not visit my location , but you replied engineer visited. For issue raised on 13th may engineer visit is scheduled on 24th May ? How do I work from home ? For 12 days ?

    @JioCare hey **** you and **** you patience and understanding...for the past 10days i have been asked by your customer care for this...today it was scheduled that engineer will vist and install the connection betweem 3-4 i am writing because no one called me or visited me

    @JioCare @JioCare I requested relocation, not a forced new connection or plan upgrade. My ₹199 plan was changed without proper consent and now I’m being charged more for poor speed/service.
