.. The so called @JioCare is just good for nothing. Several customer facing such issues repeatedly, but honestly they do not care about our concerns! Don't know if we can get resolution from @reliancejio or else we've more better network providers in India to choose. Thanks👍 3/3

@JioCare extremely dissatisfied with jio fibre..my connection problem from last 3 days..i complained and service request no-SR000013Y49D. if my problem not solve by 24 hours i will disconnect jio fibre. Poor customer service really worst. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

Network Coverage Quality of #Jio in my home very very bad. Many times complain since 2018 but still no improvement. And I'm still on this Network. But now I have decided to port out all my family members 5 sim card from #Jio and switch to another network @JioCare #network
