    @reliancejio as per maha cash back offer I have not received 20%cash back in my jiomart wallet even after many calls and email reminder. My number 9284800217 , is it fake offer going on cheating customer. It is more than eight days since I recharge my pre paid number.

    @JioCare 9266894187 The above jio number network is very poor. Incoming call is not connected and so that this mobile number is out of coverage area but signal of Jio in phone show complete kindly look into the matter and action taken report in this regard send me .

    @JioCare hi Jio Brodband down since last week. Not resolved yet. SR000017OC14 and the associated landline no is +914435592041. FYI taken service on 23 Nov and service down from 24th Nov. This is the kind of service&support you provide. Nobody responding. immediate action req.

    @JioCare why don't you better equip your service technicians to handle such conditions! Subbjecting customers to you excruciating IVR to speak to a person & escalating the call to a senior rep who only speaks in Hindi & blames customer for not choosing English!! Pathetic
