@JioCare You didn't go in detail. Actual thing is ports are not available at that address and they are not able to provide the service, hence your ***. Mngr is cancelling the connection on the ground that address not found. Factually the KYC is done on installation address

What a pathetic service by @reliancejio . Whenever there's an electricity cut the network goes out. Our whole area has a lot of network issues. I've been complaining about it from last 1.5 years to your customer care but there's zero response. Now I'm thinking to port my number.

@JioCare I m always with my JIO SIM inserted mobile at Shapoorji and Bengal Art Museum area near Rajarhat, Kolkata. Here internet speed is very very low. Browsing and video experience is tremendously worst. Please help. The SIM is 4G with best Android handset
