    @JioCare so do you guys always change the entire cable, if broken, or try to join them too? Like fiber splicing or anything else? If the customer isn't available at home and asking you to fix the broken part, do you guys refuse to do so?

    @reliancejio Please Fix you consumer relationship team first. I haven’t got my jio fiber refund yet, after 1000 mails and calls still they say keep waiting. I have waited for more than 4 months and still only got partial refund. Jio is so bad at consumer services.
