    @JioCare first of all i am using poco F1 my brother is using mi note 5 Pro and if my handset has some kind of issue then what about my brother as he is also facing the same problem....or send us a new pair of iphone 11 pro i am sending you the address .

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Your Jio Fibre team is a mess, I had an installation appointment on 7th, nobody turned up, rescheduled it for 8th and than for today in the afternoon slot, and no one came. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad, bad customer service!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had done a booking and subsequent payment for a fiber connection at my home. Its been 2 days till now niether have I recieved any call for verification nor is there any status update and your customer care is unreachable as usual. Kindly update the status

    I think @jio has also lockdown their tower. Very slow Jio network. How can people work from home in this net speed. @JioCare should look into this. At the time of 4G ..@JioCare is giving 2G. If situation will not improve..will move to @Airtel_Presence .

    @reliancejio @JioCare least you could convert the pack charges into account credit to be used against future billings. Credit cards, ecommerce, offline shopping all allow product/service returns and charge reversals as goodwill gesture. You should also do that.
