I have been waiting from 3 years two get my Jio Fibre Connection and when it came in my area, the Pole is so far, they can’t reach my home. It has been standing useless and Jio Doesn’t Care about it. No technician call, no follow-up, no resolution. Says a lot about how seriously customer complaints are actually taken here
