    I think @jio has also lockdown their tower. Very slow Jio network. How can people work from home in this net speed. @JioCare should look into this. At the time of 4G ..@JioCare is giving 2G. If situation will not improve..will move to @Airtel_Presence .

    @reliancejio Since last 5 days, Jio is providing worst service. If this continues, we will be left with no option other than switching to other service providers.

    @JioCare first of all i am using poco F1 my brother is using mi note 5 Pro and if my handset has some kind of issue then what about my brother as he is also facing the same problem....or send us a new pair of iphone 11 pro i am sending you the address .

    @airtelindia @reliancejio please i requested to all my friends as well as my relatives stop using Airtel network service. Because they are not solving customer problem. I hate jio Helping center because they repeat same lines on every call.They are not telling the resolutiondate

    What the hell of this...This is not a 4G network this is called 2G network.😡 I got just of maximum speed of 15-40kbps tell me @JioCare @reliancejio this is u r 4G speed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Your Jio Fibre team is a mess, I had an installation appointment on 7th, nobody turned up, rescheduled it for 8th than for 9th and than for today in the afternoon slot, and no one came. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad Service.

    @JioCare Your service is the most useless in india , my Jio fiber connection is not work since 5 days but so far my problem is not resolve by your engineers, every day your call center give me new date of visit but not a single Engineer Visit To My Home. Help me @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Hi karuna, it means alot for me finally someone replied on my concern. I am waiting from last 4 days for this same issue but no one contacted me. Finally i am waiting for some positive response hopefully my jio fiber issue will resolve today just after 4 days raised my request.

    @JioCare @reliancejio In my hometown jio network suddenly stopped working for call & Net but cell network shows full and again started after some times (min 15 mins) problem occurs from yesterday kindly look into. Network tower name is Lahvauli(Lahboli)

    @reliancejio Such a ****** customer experience. I have been waiting from 3 years two get my Jio Fibre Connection and when it came in my area, the Pole is so far, they can’t reach my home. It has been standing useless and Jio Doesn’t Care about it. Their Priorities are different!

    Hi @JioCare. The engineer who was supposed to visit between 6-7pm has not responded to our calls or visited to resolve this issue. This is now the third day without internet and I better not be billed for the whole month this cycle!

    Very disappointed with JioFiber service WiFi not working and the installer/technician is refusing to even visit unless I pay him personally. I am continuously being given excuses and delays instead of proper support. This is completely unprofessional issue immediately. @JioCare

    @JioCare Thanks for nothing, Suraj. I wasn't expecting anything to come out of an extension but there's been nothing done about how absolutely horrible it has been to deal with your customer support team. You're the third on the list of people I spoke with who had zero care.

    @JioCare Stop bluffing ffs idiots. See the issue. It's a bandwidth issue at your end, network strength in the area is weak. You fix it before writing "resolved & closed."
