I think @jio has also lockdown their tower. Very slow Jio network. How can people work from home in this net speed. @JioCare should look into this. At the time of 4G ..@JioCare is giving 2G. If situation will not improve..will move to @Airtel_Presence .

@JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Your Jio Fibre team is a mess, I had an installation appointment on 7th, nobody turned up, rescheduled it for 8th and than for today in the afternoon slot, and no one came. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad, bad customer service!

@reliancejio Such a ****** customer experience. I have been waiting from 3 years two get my Jio Fibre Connection and when it came in my area, the Pole is so far, they can’t reach my home. It has been standing useless and Jio Doesn’t Care about it. Their Priorities are different!

Kindly do not buy Jio Wifi Mesh extender. First it doesn't work and then @JioCare team just keeps it postponing the issue without any resolution. If they themselves cannot install a device in 5 days you know what to do.. @reliancejio

@JioCare I was not getting entitlement ID and support officials were also having adequate knowledge. Thank to one person who verbally repeated me my entitlement ID. By using which I got my ID back. I filed my complain on 24jan and got entitlement ID on 27. 3 days to solve. #Unhappy
