    @JioCare Hi karuna, it means alot for me finally someone replied on my concern. I am waiting from last 4 days for this same issue but no one contacted me. Finally i am waiting for some positive response hopefully my jio fiber issue will resolve today just after 4 days raised my request.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Your Jio Fibre team is a mess, I had an installation appointment on 7th, nobody turned up, rescheduled it for 8th than for 9th and than for today in the afternoon slot, and no one came. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad Service.

    @JioCare Hi karuna,my jio fiber issue has been resolved just now.I appreciate your effort.I have never seen before who are taking so much responsible about customer concern.I just want to know that 4 days i wasn't used internet cause of this issue so that days will add my recharge or not?

    @reliancejio Such a ****** customer experience. I have been waiting from 3 years two get my Jio Fibre Connection and when it came in my area, the Pole is so far, they can’t reach my home. It has been standing useless and Jio Doesn’t Care about it. Their Priorities are different!

    I think @jio has also lockdown their tower. Very slow Jio network. How can people work from home in this net speed. @JioCare should look into this. At the time of 4G ..@JioCare is giving 2G. If situation will not improve..will move to @Airtel_Presence .

    @JioCare Hey Sir/Ma'am I am facing a problem that my Realme X50 pro is 5g but I am not able to use 5g as it is not listed in True 5g devices...I have contacted @realmecareIN and they said that their team is trying to contact jio to list this phone as a true 5g device.
