    @JioCare It's very disappointing from your end, I took multiple appointment(Since 3 days chasing)for engineer visit in my place for resolve the issue but still engineer not yet visited in my place to check my issue. It's a very bad service and experience from jio fiber sides

    Idea is no more in bussiness why are you wasting time with Idea . I had complained 30 days back but no resolution yet. Waiting for the time line for porting with @airtelindia or @JioCare .

    @JioCare Since Morning Red Light is blinking There is no internet I called Jio Fiber Customer care they created a ticket SR000014QTH1 I am damn sure from my previous experience no service engineer will visit within 24 Hours Please add the downtime period in my validity Share SLA

    @JioCare Needs your help, most of the time my number is not reachable while someone calling me. I'm from Chennai, my signal also good. While I'm going to call someone it's end without connecting,after that i switch on the flight mode and later i off it.Then the call is connected.
