@arghyabasu5 @reliancejio It the worst i am complaing from last 198 days but no use now the condition is so worst that when the executive from Jio called me her voice was breaking so much same my voice also she disconnected the call and then no call no message so I am not reacharging also this month

@JioCare @DoT_India Thanks 💝 But present I'm not interested to use @reliancejio I'm changing my SIM into @airtelindia 💝 I want good internet If face Same problem in Airtel I change to another Network I want Good Internet without buffering .

@JioCare Repeatedly following up for credit of referral Voucher for new jio fiber connection, no action for more than a month. Customer care not taking complaint and mail escalation is auto replied without any action. Poor service and resolution system in place

@reliancejio Jio FIber SRN- SR000017K3J4 After a continues issue of WIFI Network Fluctuation from a long time Service Manager "Chatrapaul" Dehradun Uttarakhand area told me they not able to resolve the issue. I am not expecting this kind of service from JIO Fiber. Bad Exp.

@JioCare If you have to close ticket without asking user issue is solved or not, why waste money in customer care team. Have an automated program, which will change ticket status every 1 hour. Coz customer care you don't have any inclination. right

@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service.. Had registered a compalaint on 16th Nov'21.. it's been more than72hrs.. still did not get any resolution.. also the service engineer has taken Rs450 & now not responding to the calls.. also did not give any receipt for same.

@JioCare this is regarding jio fiber relocation order CO0000GMM2PN. Engineer is saying it will take 2-3 days to ge the port extended. Need your help to expedite this it is impacting my work.
