@JioGigaFibre @reliancejio @JioCare During the 30 day free trail internet connection was spot on. The moment it got expired and I recharged with 699 + 18% GST, the internet is so so terrible. Disconnects, drops every 30 minutes. No support via WhatsApp. Great loot 🙏🏻

@airtelindia worst 4g speed in my phone. @JioCare was too better than @airtelindia . Can't playing videos on YouTube also on Airtel network, but same on jio network it was not good, it was so good.

Worst customer service ...no internet from 3 days,thanks to #jiofiber #relocation issue which it seems only"backend" team can resolve 🙏and they wouldnt. @JioCare spoken to customer care, technician and his manager multiple times. All are helpless as they say.
