    @arghyabasu5 @reliancejio It the worst i am complaing from last 198 days but no use now the condition is so worst that when the executive from Jio called me her voice was breaking so much same my voice also she disconnected the call and then no call no message so I am not reacharging also this month

    @JioGigaFibre @reliancejio @JioCare During the 30 day free trail internet connection was spot on. The moment it got expired and I recharged with 699 + 18% GST, the internet is so so terrible. Disconnects, drops every 30 minutes. No support via WhatsApp. Great loot 🙏🏻

    @airtelindia worst 4g speed in my phone. @JioCare was too better than @airtelindia . Can't playing videos on YouTube also on Airtel network, but same on jio network it was not good, it was so good.

    @JioCare 20 days uninstallation of jio fiber and 14 working days done but my return amount not credit jio show fake advertisements of 30 days free trial policy return money process so long after 14 working days jio fiber . Very poor service #poor_service

    @JioCare Currently undergoing a pathetic experience with JioFiberCare. I have requested for my jio fiber dis connection on last month and raised a service request SR000016FW47 but unfortunately jio backend team closed the service request without resolving the issue. @reliancejio

    Till recently @airtelindia was pretty ok with customer service, and while they know their forte (telecommunications), their absolute lack of training of their CSRs shows zero professionalism. @vodafonein1 and @reliancejio do not deserve any mention at all 5/x

    @reliancejio @JioCare Sorry to say that, ur service is gradually becoming the worst one, because my service requests are automatically closing from ur end without my concern and also without resolving issue. Even called care for several times but nothing has changed.
