just port in to JIO from another network, but I think the person who collected the documents was wrongly mentioned the DOB, due to this I am not able to complete my tele-verification can't able to reach the customer care also. @JioCare @RelJio4g

@JioGigaFibre @reliancejio @JioCare During the 30 day free trail internet connection was spot on. The moment it got expired amd I recharged with 699 + 18% GST, the internet is so so terrible. Disconnect, drops every 30 minutes. No support via WhatsApp. Great loot 🙏🏻

@airtelindia worst 4g speed in my phone. @JioCare was too better than @airtelindia . Can't playing videos on YouTube also on Airtel network, but same on jio network it was not good, it was so good.

I have recharged my Jio number on 04th April 2023 wrongly i did it through phone pe.Wrongly I opted for postpaid amount has deducted from my account but recharge not happen.Then I again do it with option of prepaid. Kindly resolve my issue. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare The internet is not working properly since 2 weeks, it automatically stops working without any reason, have to turn on and off the airplane mode so it can work, it does starts working, but only for an few minutes or something. I have to repeat the process between every 10 minutes
