    I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

    @JioCare @JioCare you have scheduled an engineer visit for this issue, what would engineer do by visiting the house when the speed is something else by running a speed test and something else when you actually download content from a reliable source !

    The other sim i have is @reliancejio which is a 100* better on everything i also took Airtel Platinum plan (hoping things'd improve) as a postpaid customer and never in my life I've had faced such issues also y'all should be charged for false advertising !

    @JioCare We booked JioFiber on 4th Jan and it been 2 months now almost it is still not available, the concerned authority said some power issue and they have still not resolved it please look into this matter.@reliancejio
