Jio deleted my all complaint from my jio app & jio executive not wrote my new complain. Very bad internet speed in my area still waiting from 25apr2018 worst exp. Jio take money for recharge and forget customer satisfaction How many 120 day u want @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India

@JioCare I my hse we r having 5 Jio nos.since Jio introduction we have done all to&fro of mobile SIM etc but network is not coming,if you r confirming with your staff then sorry 2 say they r lying.

@JioCare I had recharged for 1200₹ for your 999 plan on Aug 08th ,but till today internet is not accessible , I have raised multiple complaints with customers care via MyJio app,call and even mail but no resolution#looting hard earned money!!

@AJIOLife got product with some item missing. Raised issue but not getting any reply. More than 48hrs. Expected better customer support. Why should we accept partial order after paying in full? Call support is pathetic with 30 minutes waiting and no reply. @reliancejio
