Jio deleted my all complaint from my jio app & jio executive not wrote my new complain. Very bad internet speed in my area still waiting from 25apr2018 worst exp. Jio take money for recharge and forget customer satisfaction How many 120 day u want @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India

Hi @JioCare, An main router connection is being connected in our society near Salve Garden, Kondhwa Budruk, Pune -411048 It's been almost 10 days now but still WiFi services are not started.Looks like Jio no more cares for their customer.Let me know if can help else disconnect

@JioCare jio services are in worst condition in my locality. In day time even it's average but at evenings it becomes so lousy that u can't even send a whatsapp msg or make a call. Pls improve ur services otherwise u will compell us to move to other service provider@reliancejio
