Jio deleted my all complaint from my jio app & jio executive not wrote my new complain. Very bad internet speed in my area still waiting from 25apr2018 worst exp. Jio take money for recharge and forget customer satisfaction How many 120 day u want @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India

Already replied thrice @JioCare N again you asking me to do the same. If you want to act, kindly follow up on my previous complaints... Don't try to cover up your inactions with these msgs... Reply here only and resolve network issues in my area. Everyone is complaining. Pathetic

Dear @JioCare, when will you feel guilty for charging customers more and when you really want to return their money? Your billing starts when the customer makes payment for subscription and not when you actually activate the service!
