Jio deleted my all complaint from my jio app & jio executive not wrote my new complain. Very bad internet speed in my area still waiting from 25apr2018 worst exp. Jio take money for recharge and forget customer satisfaction How many 120 day u want @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India

@JioCare I my hse we r having 5 Jio nos.since Jio introduction we have done all to&fro of mobile SIM etc but network is not coming,if you r confirming with your staff then sorry 2 say they r lying.

@JioCare Bad experience, 3 times I have done my Jio fiber recharge & 3 times money deducted from yesterday, till now plan is not activated, not able to reach out customer care also. Only response from AI is, if recharge not successful, will get refund within 10 days.

@JioCare Why is jio fiber not available in Nizampet? It's a residential area in Hyderabad and has every other network here.I have been calling jio fiber for the past month. I only get one reply that it is not available in your location and not sure when it will come. Disappointed

@JioCare I am using your services too. Without your services our study will not be completed. But 1.5GB data has finished and I have an @airtelindia sim too. There I have 1.5GB plan too but those data goes wasted because their network/towers run into the hands of fuel lootets. Thanks Jio.

@JioCare What a pathetic first experience with Jio. I applied for a new SIM card. Received SMS followed by call promising delivery of SIM card. SIM CARD WAS NEVER DELIVERED. After that there was a message that your request is closed and SIM is delivered. What a joke?
