@JioCare I my hse we r having 5 Jio nos.since Jio introduction we have done all to&fro of mobile SIM etc but network is not coming,if you r confirming with your staff then sorry 2 say they r lying.

Jio deleted my all complaint from my jio app & jio executive not wrote my new complain. Very bad internet speed in my area still waiting from 25apr2018 worst exp. Jio take money for recharge and forget customer satisfaction How many 120 day u want @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India

Already replied thrice @JioCare N again you asking me to do the same. If you want to act, kindly follow up on my previous complaints... Don't try to cover up your inactions with these msgs... Reply here only and resolve network issues in my area. Everyone is complaining. Pathetic

Even after the network is up to date in both Jio and BSNL, calls are not being received from Jio to BSNL, this problem is happening not only to me but also to any Jio user who wants to call in BSNL number but not call Looks like you guys do something about it @reliancejio

What a terrible experience at jio point mango old purulia road, your executive tell me that you need to purchase new sim then i replace your damage sim,otherwise you need to come tomorrow, @reliancejio @JioCare plz sutdown ur jio point on Sunday when u unable to provide service!
