    Jio deleted my all complaint from my jio app & jio executive not wrote my new complain. Very bad internet speed in my area still waiting from 25apr2018 worst exp. Jio take money for recharge and forget customer satisfaction How many 120 day u want @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India

    Already replied thrice @JioCare N again you asking me to do the same. If you want to act, kindly follow up on my previous complaints... Don't try to cover up your inactions with these msgs... Reply here only and resolve network issues in my area. Everyone is complaining. Pathetic

    @reliancejio @JioCare i want to convert my jio sim to esim however i have went to two jio stores they dont have proper information 1st season mall pune and khardi store its seems like poor customer support i am getting frustrated and now going to switch other vendors

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don't receive calls or SMS if Wifi is turned ON. This happens only with JIo and not my second VI sim. Your executive Ritu Goel was unprofessional and din't provide any resolution. Kindly advise.
