Already replied thrice @JioCare N again you asking me to do the same. If you want to act, kindly follow up on my previous complaints... Don't try to cover up your inactions with these msgs... Reply here only and resolve network issues in my area. Everyone is complaining. Pathetic

Jio deleted my all complaint from my jio app & jio executive not wrote my new complain. Very bad internet speed in my area still waiting from 25apr2018 worst exp. Jio take money for recharge and forget customer satisfaction How many 120 day u want @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India

@reliancejio Today, have spoken to 2 executives who doesn’t know how to speak to the customers. They posses like a recovery agent who harass their customer. Really bad experience and there is no importance given to customers. Very bad Jio

@reliancejio Surprised with service of Team Jio. I had contacted executive of my area for Jio Giga Fiber connection. They did wiring in society but now already 2 month passed no response from their side and still not a single connection is activated.

@JioCare I did one order of jio postpaid, i was Just checking details meanwhile order placed. I could not cancel it. I tried looking for cart, could not found.The representative called me since i was not home. I canceld it.

@JioCare made a yearly recharge in my Jio phone,after 2months the phone broke down for which I have to buy smartphone and transfer the sim but now I have to recharge the whole new plan with the membership amount as there is no upgrade plan. My money is being wasted. Action needed
