Jio deleted my all complaint from my jio app & jio executive not wrote my new complain. Very bad internet speed in my area still waiting from 25apr2018 worst exp. Jio take money for recharge and forget customer satisfaction How many 120 day u want @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India

@JioCare The issue has not been resolved till now. Only Rs. 500 out of Rs.1500 advance refund paid. How much times should I follow up ? Why do guys mention during installation that whole deposit would be refunded in case of disconnect and refund only one third of it ?
