Jio deleted my all complaint from my jio app & jio executive not wrote my new complain. Very bad internet speed in my area still waiting from 25apr2018 worst exp. Jio take money for recharge and forget customer satisfaction How many 120 day u want @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India

Already replied thrice @JioCare N again you asking me to do the same. If you want to act, kindly follow up on my previous complaints... Don't try to cover up your inactions with these msgs... Reply here only and resolve network issues in my area. Everyone is complaining. Pathetic

Using @JioCare is painful, i’m unable to get my esim transferred in turn affecting my productivity just because the local jio shop has no working server for KYC, now i’m stuck and i’m unable to login to my esim just because of jio’s callousness!

@JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .
