Jio deleted my all complaint from my jio app & jio executive not wrote my new complain. Very bad internet speed in my area still waiting from 25apr2018 worst exp. Jio take money for recharge and forget customer satisfaction How many 120 day u want @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India

@JioCare I my hse we r having 5 Jio nos.since Jio introduction we have done all to&fro of mobile SIM etc but network is not coming,if you r confirming with your staff then sorry 2 say they r lying.

Already replied thrice @JioCare N again you asking me to do the same. If you want to act, kindly follow up on my previous complaints... Don't try to cover up your inactions with these msgs... Reply here only and resolve network issues in my area. Everyone is complaining. Pathetic

@reliancejio Our part ..that is recharge of 239 done as per your company gimmick...using 5g device as per samsung gimmick (required update to enable) now comes the network part in my area that's again after 3months of launch no service...is it my fault? Stop fooling us
