Jio deleted my all complaint from my jio app & jio executive not wrote my new complain. Very bad internet speed in my area still waiting from 25apr2018 worst exp. Jio take money for recharge and forget customer satisfaction How many 120 day u want @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India

@IndrajitGupta @fiber_jio @JioCare Best of luck. The system is built to grow fast and break things not for customer success. This I reckon is the reasons for Jio’s poor ARPU performance and what will eventually hinder their user LTV. Majja (fun) in short term sajja (punishment) in long term.

@JioCare I had an issue with esim configuration where I didn't receive a profile to be added to the iPhone. Now the activation code is not working and I am struck without any network. No option to go to the store since they are all closed due to complete lockdown in Chennai.
