  @JioCare Sir, we are not getting good internet speed in my village infact your own tower of reliance has already been constructed in the village.... Though we are not getting network even sometimes tower is closed by the person deliberately who has the responsibility of this🙏.

  Jio fiber is worst. I can’t use it even in my room where distance is less-then 4-5m. It still not get connected. Customer care never responds. Same is story with Airtel.. what to do now.. suggest good WiFi for home. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare After poor service they can't refund I am not using air fiber a single day only tachnician test net speed and as per 30mbbs speed connection showing 15 to 17 mbbs speed and during I said him I am not satisfied pls cancel this

  @Prashan87890385 @JioCare Since you already paid upfront and hence the issue. No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.

  We can't even call someone just a minute after the recharge got over but here the tower operator shuts down the tower on a continual basis. It keeps happening and @JioCare @reliancejio ,they are doing nothing. I have complained a lot but they just ask for address and did nothing
