    @reliancejio Without the internet since 2am in the morning and the tech says they don't have the wire to fix it and I need to wait till 11am tomorrow. This is not done

    @JioCare Today i am really disappointed to know that customer problems are not address properly, my refund of disconnected jio fiber hasn't credited within the 14 working day time period. And customer are asked to wait more why and already DM is Done do see.& Please solve issue.

    @JioCare No that’s what! You don’t understand! I pay hefty amount for your service and each month I don’t have internet for 2 days straight just because you want to maintain your servers? Then don’t ask me to pay for that amount! Also furious by the service at your end!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I lose WiFi frequently on using JioFibre and the worst ever service is provided. The worst product Jio could ever launch is JioFibre.
