Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

Why ask people to DM you if you have no intention of responding? Are you just trying to move complaints out of public view instead of resolving them?

I don't remember it being same in the past Btw, A new connection was installed in my building, today I guess, so did I lose mine due to that?
