    @JioCare @tusharhote Jio also have bloody network. I have drop around 10 mail on jio care and reported issue via jio app but no response. I am receiving 2 kbps Internet speed. #sameonjio #worstinterent My number validity expire on 30th april. I am not gonna recharge the mobile.

    @JioCare What should a customer do when nither the so called helpline number nor your ground team responds to you call? Is JIO just practicing of taking the payment well in advanced forgetting to do installation?

    @JioCare Recently i have PortIN to Jio Postpaid plus but when i trying to login into MyJio OTP not coming. Also i have logged in to @DisneyPlusHS with same number and they asking me to purchase 1 year subscription while you promised that you are giving it free.

    @JioCare Please don’t send your standard crap DMs about restarting router. There’s just a red light blinking. This is a persistent issue that happens every month & if you can’t fix it, get it disconnected and refund the security. @JioCare

    @JioCare I got a new Jio AirFiber connection installed last week. The installation executive did not check the signal strength for the wifi router or the TV setup during the installation process. He checked the signal strength for the router right in front of it and sent me old pictures of someone else's TV showing signal strength which he uploaded on the app. I did not provide him with the installation code to mark it as a successful installation, but your system has automatically marked my installation as completed (without giving them the code) I have been trying to call the JioHome helpline number from the last 7 days, but you guys just play recorded message saying "we know services are disrupted in your area and we are fixing it", and Immediately get an SMS saying the same thing. No one ever calls back to check what was wrong and why have I called multiple times. I am attaching the following: 1. Screenshot of the WhatsApp chat of your installation person where he sent me the images of someone else's TV showing signal strength which he use to verify during installation 2. Recording of your automated support call number which is a dead end. So much for support.

    Its been 4 Days applied for Jio Air Fiber and even i have made the payment but yet no one has contacted me for installation Worst service by jio. Agent was not even listening to us until i make payment but after payment he is not even answering the call @JioCare @reliancejio
