    @JioCare There is no use in complaining. On complaining, they say that you should have told them earlier if your internet is not working properly. Without complaining, it means that the network will not be fixed. It's been three to four days since I complained but it is still not working.

    @reliancejio @reliancejiocare SR00003CZIZZ — Service complaint raised on 2 Aug, and it’s been a week with no resolution. One engineer visited but refused to fix the issue and instead tried selling AirFiber. My work has completely stopped, and customer care isn’t helping.
