    @naseika @JioCare @reliancejio I never received the service because the technician failed to show up, and they are not returning my money. In your case they will atleast take a decade.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio It has been 3 days and there is still no proper restoration of my Jio AirFiber service. There has been no meaningful update or timeline shared either Will Jio compensate customers for this prolonged outage or simply ignore them and expect us to keep.

    To @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Your Air Fiber service is pathetic. Only as a last resort I'm posting this, after launching a formal service request over yesterday from Myjio app, there was no cognizance of it till date. Also the 'service Engineer' never picks up the call. 👎🏻😤

    @JioCare It has been scheduled for the 13th, and there are still 4 days left. Don't you consider this an emergency? Your service has been down for nearly 50% of this month.

    @JioCare Every day I am facing issue for poor network. Who will be accountable the service i haven't received? Worst than Airtel. Are you giving service to the customer on foc basis

    @JioCare I have been facing constant network issues for the past two days in the Amroli, Surat area. Calls and internet connectivity are both affected. Kindly look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible. @reliancejio

    @JioCare You keep asking customers to DM you, but you never respond. I've sent multiple DMs and haven't received a single reply. Why ask people to DM you if you have no intention of responding? Are you just trying to move complaints out of public view instead of resolving them?
