    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio They are crooks. Not only did they not refund my bill after confirming receiving my cancellation request they sent me another bill for a service I had long stopped using. They continue to call me everyday regarding that bill. @reliancejio is a bona fide criminal enterprise.

    @JioCare i have scheduled an appointment on 31st August for relocating my existing Jiofiber connection. Despite accepting our request no one has visited so far or made a all to us for the request.. I was keep trying to connect with you're customer care which seems never exist before,A pathetic experience from Jio.

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Exactly the same issue. Paid 1100 over 40 days back. No one came to install and finally I cancelled it and till now there hasn't been any refunds despite numerous mails as there is no actual customer care .

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio @tanyachawla31 Don't gobfor jio broadband internet even if given for free. Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio is a complete fraud, if you talk to customer care then nothing happens and?The internet never works; if you complain on X, they just ask you to send a private message, but no solution is ever found.

    @JioCare Still I'm not getting any calls for installation...this is totally frustrated, i have paid already for a year, otherwise I would have moved to different network provider.

    There is so much urgency when you request for a new connection.. back to back messages calls and what not for @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio but it goes at a snails pace when it comes to installation.. and jio support chat is farce is what I think
