  @JioCare See, I totally understand this but my services are being affected due to poor internet connectivity. JIO really needs to work on their existing towers to increase the bandwidth or install new towers. Will it cost? Yeah damn will! Work on quality, not numbers.

  @JioCare It’s 2 days since I am having this problem. How much longer I need to wait? On top this is a pure fault of your technician. Why should I face interrupted service due to Jio technician not visiting on time?

  @JioCare You are not getting Madam. Last month also I raised same ticket, it got closed.. no one fixed. Again same thing happened now. If you can't fix it, either you compensate your customer or don't expect customer to be with jio.

  @JioCare As per revised and re scheduled date for installation, today your team needs to complete installation of AirFiber connection, but since morning Technician and Leads not picking up the calls. I guess it will be canceled for 3rd time. Such a worst service 🤬

  @JioCare @reliancejio However, after switching to Airtel, I am not even receiving proper and stable 4G coverage. At times, the network signal even drops to 2G. This has caused significant inconvenience and has affected my ability to use mobile calls and internet services reliably.
