    @JioCare And I would also like to escalate on couple of support executives, Pooja, who told me that the call had connected to the Calcutta line, and Prosun M, who I spoke to on WhatsApp chat. Jio is providing a really bad customer support.

    Has any1 seen a company like @reliancejio.I had a severe issues wit dis fraud company n I complained in @jagograhakjago portal and @reliancejio has replied tht dey responded d consumer n fixed d issues. Thr is a limit of saying lies.

    @JioCare What kind of nonsensical customer service is it ? Almost 24 hours of raising a customer service request still no resolution. In fact no one contacted from the team about the issue.

    Very pathetic service by Jio fiber. They wanted payment in advance before starting their service. Now they are getting very much delay in refund of deposit amount when I stopped to use their service. @reliancejio @JioCare Can you please help me to expedite the process of refund?

    Dear @JioCare Your sales guy did ekyc for Fiber, promised installation in 2-3 hours, came, took payments and after 28 hours, saying connection is not possible. Kindly help!
