  @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem

  @JioCare @jio_fiber Service Request no SR00003FHYKT JioFiber has been frequently down since last week. Issue was marked as resolved without resolving. Why should my recharge money be wasted? Fix it NOW and compensate me for the downtime.

  @JioCare @reliancejio 2/4 I contacted customer care and was told it would be resolved within 3 days. I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.
