    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio what is this behaviour your customer care executive is disconnecting call when they are not able to answer. She was also talking very much rudely and didn't helped much regarding my problem. This is how you deal with customer after taking payments.

    @JioCare Service engr confirmed 27 th 10 AM. Pls inform them about the external cable being cut and needing replacement. This will help them come prepared to quickly solve the matter.

    In the past many customers have got their sim ported in @airtelindia, I'm also one of them, reason is @reliancejio's continuously bad network, and slow in data speed. In this growing need, Jio should pay attention to the deficiency.

    Pin 110040 bakner village delhi. Internet service indoor is very bad. Jio SIM 4G internet running like 2G or less in night 9pm onwrd. No improvement only one answer there are many user at same time. It means that I have to shift other network ? @JioCare @reliancejio @Teamambani

    @JioCare @reliancejio *Very bad experience from jio.. I think jio sim must be ported to other operator... My jio member is 9679932821 Today, my jio sim has not worked properly .Any phone calls , Sms have not come..I insert my sim into other phone but I faces same problem.
