  @JioCare @reliancejio My old Jio SIM is lost. It was registered on a handwritten domicile cert. Every time I request a duplicate SIM, the CAF gets rejected from the backend. Kindly check the exact rejection reason and help me recover my number.

  @JioCare No engineer has visited yet, and the person who came to my house yesterday to collect the 807 payment and complete the KYC is not responding to my calls or messages. Kindly look into this issue and arrange the installation as soon as possible.
