@JioCare @JioCare They didn't visit yesterday also between 5-6pm they were supposed to visit and they cancelled the appointment. This is so unprofessional. Today they will do the same **** thing. Do you give assurance they will visit today???

@JioCare I don’t understand when is your earliest yesterday customer care told, it will be served at scheduled time please wait, but no one came. Today morning I called up now the are telling this is rescheduled to tomorrow 27Aug without intimation to customer. I am fed up with this

The number is +917810819957 from this I received a call. I requested to take action against as soon as possible. When customer care is calling then on that it automatically write it as jio care but from this no. It's not write anything. So I requested to take action.@reliancejio

Hi @reliancejio I took your jio fibernet internet subscription recently paid for it and waited for the installation for multiple days. In the end got an email saying it cant be processed due to address verification but have not received the refund since 30 days. Please help here.

I simply said that I am okay to pay but only after what commitment was made by #JioFiber wifi service but the people from Jio simply mocked that it will get disconnected in 2 days! How is that fair that I am not getting the full service now @reliancejio @consumerforum_
