Is this way to treet your customer, everytime while I am giving call to customer care they are asking for problem and after hearing my problem they have asked to go on hold and then disconnected my call. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@reliancejio got the worst customer service. We were facing problem with the @OfficialJioTV set-up box and approached the customer service. They kept on transferring our call without giving a solution, ultimately disconnecting their call. Very disappointed with Jio's service.
