    @jiocare @reliancejio My service request number is SR000015VR8K. My jio fibre is not working since 15/7/21. I had earlier also asked for help for repair of my jio fibre connection. My complaint was closed without any resolution. Nobody from service helped.

    @JioCare Your so called engineer visited my place today and he is unable find any fault. So he is saying to cancel the connection and take new one. What is this?? Is it a joke??. And if I cancel, what about my recharge money which I paid. He said @reliancejio will adjust in

    @JioCare Words are not synch. with Action. In third day of outage we are not even aware of time of resolution. I feel myself bechara customer of JioFiber. Have been calling customer care from 3 days, writing emails to customer care no resolution. Thanks to tweeter some one replied here.

    @JioCare It's been more than 24 hrs that I hv nt bn able to attend any meetings. My child hs not been able to take hr classes. I am not sure what has been done till now. Why don't u cancel the connection and refund the recharge and security amount. I will get airtel or any other connectn.
