    @JioCare 1/2 Worst customer support process, I have ever seen till now to deactivate JIO numbers which was lying idle for the last 5yrs and linked to my Aadhar, upon raising multiple reqests with customer care, got an update "services will be deactivated over a period of time"

    @JioCare @reliancejio You never fail to astound us. Don't have service which I have paid for (JioFiber), last 3 days, sort of undeclared outage, service wasn't restored & today when the plan was expired, app promptly notified. Using same app I informed that broadband is down.

    @JioCare,I purchased International roaming of INR 1102/- but even after 3 days,it is not activated..No signal on Jio Sim...Chat with jio care but no solution and no response...Will opt and recommend for portability to Airtel.
