    @JioCare Device pick up has been done. OTP which suppose to come during pick up, due to pathetic app (jio representative using) never came and app hanged. Both person ( Deepak Sharma and Amit Mishra) has picked device. But I have not got any confirmation from Jio about device pick up.

    @JioCare please look into service request which is unresolved for more than 48 hours SR0000159ME8. Getting false commitments from Engineer. No proper resolution to Jio care executive.

    @reliancejio Respected sir/ Madam, Availed jio fiber network connection in December 2020, within free trail period raised request for termination. Around 16&17 th January devices Modem STB box picked, still not received my deposit, how many days still want to rotate my money ?
