Due to this prolonged service disruption caused by poor support, I requested an extension of my validity period. I was assured that the validity would be extended once the service request was marked Closed. However, I am now being asked to contact 7000570005, which is switched off. Could you please raise a new service request or ensure that my validity is extended for the entire period of service disruption, as promised? I look forward to a prompt resolution.
