  @JioCare worst customer service ever... you customer care representative just hung up on me.. your jio representative sold me sim saying its postpaid.. but infact it was prepaid.. i had to recharge it... worst serviced

  @JioCare It’s already been 2 days without internet and Iam working from home and no response from your side and i need this to be resolved as soon as possible, for the past 2 days it’s been getting scheduled? Giving some lame excuses, not a proper channel to call the customer care. Worst!

  @reliancejio @JioCare I have recharged for 5G but I need to set it to 4G despite 5G network in area. Because the network goes away every few minutes. I am missing calls and messages. Also you don't have any live support. Wd you please look into this harrasment.

  @reliancejio it is more than 2 1/2 hours that JIO Wi-Fi is not available in Kalpataru RADIANCE Gurgaon and their CUSTOMER CARE executives are just bluffing. They go on to tell us switch on. Switch off the router. JIO Wi-Fi is the worst Wi-Fi provider in India now,
